![]() So I just think that the increased damage is to basically make HP-dependent objects take more damage and clear them faster with other attacks, like the Brella canopies and Rainmaker shield. I also don't think the Brella interaction makes too much of a difference because the amount of hits each canopy take doesn't change, as with Booyah Bomb's armour. I thought: Ink Armour? But then I remembered that Ink Armour caps excess damage at 80 so it's probably not that. They did mention that Bubbles interaction didn't change so the significance couldn't be that. The Suction Bomb damage increase is pretty confusing to me too. ![]() Unlocking hairstyles would be an easy first step. Granted the number of options in the second game compared to the first is a fair increase, so it's really up in the air as to what 3 will bring in that regard. Still, despite most people seeming to make a character based on what they find visually appealing (mostly through hair and clothing), there's definitely room for expansion in the character options for those seeking something more personally identifying. I don't really see Nintendo changing things anytime soon except for a broader selection of hairstyles, possibly for both genders, in the next game since the character creator doesn't seem to be aiming for any significant depth and is honestly less of a focus than the clothing.which has its own issues too despite the fact that no piece of clothing is gender-locked. ![]() I know it's not a replacement for a truly unique avatar for the player's needs but at the very least you're never locked into keeping what you choose.
